There are three subscriptions available for Kayako OnDemand, a cloud based solution, Case at $24 per agent per month billed annually or $29 billed monthly, Fusion at $39 per agent per month billed annually or $49 billed monthly and Engage at $24 per agent per month billed annually or $29 billed monthly. There are also subscriptions available for Kayako Download, the annual cost is based on the number of agents required and ranges from 5 to 50 agents, Case at $1,500-$14,400, Fusion at $2,000-$19,200 and Engage at $1,500-$14,400. The subscription cost for more than 50 agents is available on request. Kayako also offers a free 30 day trial of their products.
