How long does it take to set up Akita?

Akita provides value on day one. While your team may require additional time to install our tracking code or interface with our API, most customers fully configure their Akita account within the first 30 days.

Do I need help from my IT team to get Akita configured?

With Akita’s one-click integrations, you can be up and running with zero IT involvement. If you need to implement our tracking code or interface with our API, Akita will work closely with your IT team to make the process as smooth as possible.

Does Akita integrate with my current business software?

We hope so! Akita has a powerful data integration system at its core and is currently capable of connecting with over 100 Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) tools. You can find this list over in our integrations directory. If you are using a product that isn't on our list, please reach out to us, and we'll be able to tell you whether or not we can add the integration for you.

Do you have a free trial?

Not at the moment. To help make sure Akita is right for you, we offer a 30-day evaluation period with UNLIMITED users and unlimited sessions with an Akita Customer Success specialist who will help you connect your data sources and configure your Akita accounts.

What happens after the 30-day evaluation period?

You will be notified by email when your evaluation period is coming to a close and will have the chance to de-activate any of the extra users you don't need or cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.

Are there discounted plans available?

We offer a 20% discount for annual prepayments–more than 2 months free. If you have a large team, contact us, and we’ll put together a custom quote.

Do you charge a setup or cancellation fee?

Nope. No setup fees. No cancellation fees.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. Akita is offered on a month-by-month basis, and you can cancel at any time. You may, however, choose our annual contract for simplified billing and a nice discount.

What type of support comes with an Akita subscription?

We offer help-desk and email support Monday - Friday from 9 AM - 9 PM GMT and phone support by appointment. Feature requests can be made in-app.
